Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- garlic salt to taste
- 8 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 egg
- 1 box large sea shells
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown beef, onion and garlic salt until crumbly.

2Drain off excess fat.

3Stir in Mozzarella, bread crumbs, oregano and egg. Salt and pepper to taste.

4Cook shells according to package directions and drain.

5Stuff shells with meat mixture.

6Spoon 1/4 of sauce over the bottom of 9 1/2 x 13 1/2-inch glass baking dish. Place shells in single layer.

7Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

8Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes.
