- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 clove garlic
- pepper
- 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 12 oz. jumbo shell macaroni
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Cook shells.

2Set aside.

3Heat oil.

4Add onion.

5Cook 2 minutes.

6Add garlic; cook 1 minute.

7Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and oregano.

8Cover.

9Simmer 10 minutes.

10Heat oven to 350°.

11Beat cream cheese and eggs.

12Stir in parsley, Mozzarella, salt and pepper.

13Mix well.

14Stuff each shell with 1 tablespoon cheese mixture.

15Spoon 1/2 cup sauce in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Arrange shells over sauce in one layer.

16Spoon remaining over shells.

17Sprinkle with Parmesan.
