- 2 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked
- 1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, finely grated
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Make ground meat into meatballs.

2Cook in sauce.

3Mix with cooked spinach.

4Combine Ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, Mozzarella cheese, eggs and chopped parsley.

5Stuff cooked shells.

6Cover with foil.

7Bake with spaghetti sauce, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
