Ingredients

  • 3 medium avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 (6 oz.) can ripe olives
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 2 cans bean dip
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 1/2 lb. round tortilla chips

Directions

    Peel, pit and mash avocados in a medium bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    In second bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix.

    Spread bean dip on bottom of a large shallow dish.

    Top with avocado mixture.

    Layer with sour cream mixture.

    Sprinkle with chopped onions, tomatoes and olives. Cover with shredded cheese.

    Serve chilled with round tortilla chips.
