- olive oil
- onion (medium to large)
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 lb. Feta cheese
- dash of dill
- 1 box shells
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook shells; drain and cool.

2Saute onion in olive oil until tender, 5 to 10 minutes.

3Add thawed spinach and cook until water dissolves.

4In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, Feta cheese, dill and some Mozzarella cheese.

5Add spinach mixture and mix all together.

6Stuff shells.

7Pour jar of spaghetti sauce over; cover with Mozzarella.

8Bake for 40 minutes at 350°.
