Ingredients
- 1 box large shell noodles
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can vegetarian Swiss steaks (4 to 6 pieces)
- 3 c. cottage cheese
- 1 to 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes (optional)
Directions

1Saute the onion in a little margarine until tender.

2Mash up the Swiss steaks and add them and their juice to the pan with the onion.

3Add the seasonings, the cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese and spaghetti sauce.

4Heat until cheeses melt.

5Let cool long enough so that the ingredients do not run out of the shells they they're stuffed.

6Stuff the cooked shells.

7Put a layer of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a large 11 x 13-inch casserole dish.

8Put a single layer of stuffed shells in.

9Top the shells with more spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella cheese.

10Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
