- 1 pkg. jumbo shells, cooked
- 1 pkg. chopped spinach
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce
- 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
Directions

1Spoon 1 cup spaghetti sauce in 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Cook spinach and drain.

3Mix spinach, Ricotta and Mozzarella cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese and cooked Italian sausage.

4Fill cooked shells (a cake decorator bag works well to fill shells).

5Put shells in baking dish and top with remaining sauce.

6Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
