  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt, pepper, garlic and oregano to taste
  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • Spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Mix cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic and oregano together. Cook jumbo pasta shells for stuffing as directed on box.

    Stuff the cooked shells with the cheese mixture, place in casserole dish and cover with prepared spaghetti sauce.

    Cover with foil.
