- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 12 cups marinara sauce
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 12 cup feta cheese
- 13 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 13 cup chopped fresh oregano
- 13 cup chopped fresh basil
- 23 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Bring a large pot filled with 4 quarts water to a boil.

2Add shells and boil for 8 minutes.

3Mix all other ingredients except marinara sauce and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl.

4After shells are done boiling, drain shells and let set until cool enough to handle.

5Fill each shell with ricotta filling mix.

6Place in baking dish or cookie tray and spoon marinara over shells and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.

7Broil for 5 minutes and serve.

8Reduce amount of herbs if using dried to tablespoon.
