Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 12 cups marinara sauce
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 12 cup feta cheese
  • 13 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 13 cup chopped fresh oregano
  • 13 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 23 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Bring a large pot filled with 4 quarts water to a boil.

    Add shells and boil for 8 minutes.

    Mix all other ingredients except marinara sauce and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl.

    After shells are done boiling, drain shells and let set until cool enough to handle.

    Fill each shell with ricotta filling mix.

    Place in baking dish or cookie tray and spoon marinara over shells and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.

    Broil for 5 minutes and serve.

    Reduce amount of herbs if using dried to tablespoon.
