- 1 jar Spaghetti Sauce (or Homemade Sauce)
- 30 ounces, fluid Ricotta Cheese
- 10 ounces, fluid Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Divided
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper
- 1 box Jumbo Shells
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Cook shells according to package.

3Mix ricotta cheese, 8 oz.

4of the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl with a fork.

5Spread a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of a casserole dish.

6Stuff each shell with a spoonful of cheese.

7Place shells on the sauce in the dish.

8Make one layer of shells.

9Cover with remaining sauce.

10Bake for 25 minutes.

11Sprinkle remaining mozzarella over the top and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

12Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
