Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 packages Ground beef
  • 1 box Jumbo shells
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Adobo Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cup Mexican shredded cheese

    Preheat oven to 350

    Add olive oil to pan.

    Cook the onions until they start to turn brown.

    Add the ground beef.

    Cook very well then add the Adobo seasoning, garlic powder, along with the spinach and cilantro.

    Set aside when done.

    Start boiling the shells

    As soon as the shells are done.

    Rinse them with cold water.

    Start stuffing the shells with the ground beef mix.

    Once your done place them in a big enough glass dish that's oven safe.

    Or aluminum plate

    In a bowl mix the tomato sauce and garlic.

    Once shells are placed, add the tomato sauce on top.

    Then sprinkle a good layer of cheese.

    Place in the oven for a good 25 to 30 mins.
