- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 jars spaghetti sauce
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 box large shells
Directions

1In skillet, brown beef, onion and garlic.

2Drain; cool.

3Stir in cheese, crumbs, parsley, and egg.

4Season with salt and pepper. Cook shells.

5Use meat mixture to stuff shells.

6Spoon 1/4 of sauce over bottom of baking dish.

7Place shells on top of sauce.

8Pour remaining sauce over shells.

9Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

10Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
