  • 1 (12 oz.) big macaroni shells
  • 1 (15 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 (9 oz.) spinach, frozen in cream or butter sauce

Directions

    Cook shells as directed. Cook spinach and cool. Add cheese, pepper and salt. Mix well; stuff shells. Brown beef; mix with spaghetti sauce. Place stuffed shells in shallow baking pan. Pour beef and spaghetti sauce over shells. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350°. Can season sauce as desired.
