- 1 - 10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach
- 2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg. JUMBO shells, this recipe fills 50 shells
Directions

1Heat marinara sauce. Spoon 1 cup of sauce into bottom of a large pan or maybe 2 pans.

2Reserve remaining sauce.

3Cook spinach as directed on pkg. Drain well and mix with ricotta cheese, egg, oregano, nutmeg and parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
