Ingredients

  • 1 jar (29 oz. or more) marinara sauce
  • 1 - 10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach
  • 2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pkg. JUMBO shells, this recipe fills 50 shells

Directions

    Heat marinara sauce. Spoon 1 cup of sauce into bottom of a large pan or maybe 2 pans.

    Reserve remaining sauce.

    Cook spinach as directed on pkg. Drain well and mix with ricotta cheese, egg, oregano, nutmeg and parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
