- 1 lb. crabmeat, remove shell
- 2 slices bread, cubed with crust removed
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. Phillips seasoning (or any seafood seasoning)
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaiase
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 lb. shrimp (16 to 20 count)
Directions

1Clean and devein shrimp.

2Slice each shrimp lengthwise, deep enough to form cavity for stuffing.

3Mix all ingredients except crabmeat and crumbs.

4Pour over crabmeat that has been mixed. Fill cavities of shrimp with crabmeat and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.

5Serve immediately.
