Stuffed Squash

- 4 or 5 medium squash
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs or biscuits
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil squash in salt water just until tender.

2Cut in half and dip out the inside.

3Mix with salt, pepper, chopped onion and bread crumbs.

4Might need to use a little Carnation milk or water from boil to mix easier.

5Stuff mix into squash shells and dab with butter.

6Bake at 325° to 350° until brown.
