- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
Directions

1Stir together the flour, baking powder and salt. Cream the butter and sugar.

2Beat in egg until blended.

3Add flour mixture and pineapple.

5only until moistened.

6Turn into paper lined muffin tins. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Yields 12 large or 24 to 36 tiny muffins.
