- 1 round steak, tenderized
- 8 to 10 slices stale bread
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
Directions

1Lay steak out flat.

2Mix all ingredients, except soup, thoroughly.

3Spread on steak and roll up like a jellyroll.

4Secure with toothpicks and place in a greased baking dish.

5Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

6Remove from oven and spread with undiluted soup. Return to oven for an additional 10 minutes.
