- 6 firm tomatoes
- 1 small sweet red pepper, chopped
- 3 cans or bags sweet yellow corn
- 1 pat butter
Directions

1Warm corn, sweet pepper and butter in saucepan while coring tomatoes.

2Heat oven to 350°.

3Put tomatoes in baking dish and fill with corn mixture (drained).

4Heat in oven long enough to heat tomatoes, about 8 or 9 minutes.

5Serve.
