- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 2 scallions, chopped
- plain yogurt or low-calorie mayo
- salt
- 6 large ripe tomatoes
Directions

1Cook pasta until done but firm.

2Rinse and pour into bowl. Stir in eggs, celery, scallions and enough yogurt or mayo to make a creamy mixture. Season to taste with salt.
