Stuffed Turkey Drumsticks

  • 4 to 6 lb. fresh turkey drumsticks
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large mushrooms, minced
  • 8 oz. Canadian-style bacon, minced
  • 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley
  • 1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    With a sharp knife, make one slit lengthwise in each drumstick.

    Leaving outside skin intact, push meat back from bone.

    With knife, remove bone and cartilage. Sprinkle inside of each boned drumstick lightly with salt and pepper.
