- 1 1/2 lb ground meat
- 1/3 cup rice, partially cooked
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons romano cheese
- bread crumbs
- small onion, minced
- salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- cooked insides of zucchini (seeds and all)
- hollowed zucchini halves (boats)
Directions

1Cut zucchinis lengthwise.

2Scoop out centers leaving a wall around it.

3After cutting up the insides, cook them until soft in salted water.

4Drain well when done.

5Then mix together with all the above ingredients, except the boats.

6When mixed thoroughly fill the boats.

7Take a baking pan and place some spaghetti sauce in the bottom and then add the boats.

8Finally, drizzle some sauce on the top of the boats.

9Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.
