- 1 large can pear halves
- 1 large can pineapple chunks
- 1 large can apricot halves
- 1/4 c. margarine melted
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. curry powder
Directions

1Drain fruits reserving 2 Tbsp. of each juice. Arrange fruit in baking dish. Combine juices, melted margarine, brown sugar, and curry powder.

2Mix well and drizzle over fruit.

3Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 20 minutes.

4Good served with ham, turkey, or lamb. Serves 8 to 10.
