Ingredients

  • 1 large can pear halves
  • 1 large can pineapple chunks
  • 1 large can apricot halves
  • 1/4 c. margarine melted
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Drain fruits reserving 2 Tbsp. of each juice. Arrange fruit in baking dish. Combine juices, melted margarine, brown sugar, and curry powder.

    Mix well and drizzle over fruit.

    Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Good served with ham, turkey, or lamb. Serves 8 to 10.
