  • 1/2 c. raw rice
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. grated cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. parsley

    Scoop out zucchini

    pulp; cook with raw rice, water and salt for 15

    Take
