- 2 medium size zucchini
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cut ends off zucchini.

3Cook in boiling water until softened.

4Scoop out the centers, leaving 1/2-inch walls.
