- 2 small zucchini
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 32 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. Mozzarella
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Cut zucchini lengthwise.

3Scoop out to 1/4-inch.

4Chop pulp.

5Brown hamburger.

6Drain fat.

7Stir in pulp, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup sauce and egg; mix well.

8Place shells in shallow dish.

9Spoon meat mixture into shells.

10Pour sauce over and around zucchini. Cover and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

11Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

12Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
