  • 2 qt. crumbled day old bread
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1 c. finely minced onion
  • 1 c. finely minced celery
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (more or less as desired)
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. parsley (f desired)

    In a large skillet, melt margarine and saute the onion and celery until light yellow. Add bread crumbs and remaining ingredients.
