  • 1 loaf stuffing bread, cubed
  • 1 c. butter/oleo
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 celery, diced
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Cook onion and celery in butter 5 minutes.

    Add beaten eggs, 1/2 can soup and bread cubes to onion mixture.

    Shape into balls. Place in a greased glass dish.

    Mix other 1/2 can soup with 1 can water.

    Pour over balls.

    Cover with foil.

    Bake 1 hour at 300°. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
