- 1 loaf stuffing bread, cubed
- 1 c. butter/oleo
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 celery, diced
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook onion and celery in butter 5 minutes.

2Add beaten eggs, 1/2 can soup and bread cubes to onion mixture.

3Shape into balls. Place in a greased glass dish.

4Mix other 1/2 can soup with 1 can water.

5Pour over balls.

6Cover with foil.

7Bake 1 hour at 300°. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
