  • 1 (6 ounce) box Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1 (2 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef

    Preheat oven 350°.

    Place stuffing, onion soup mix and warm water in a bowl. Mix well. Let sit for 5 minutes to allow bread time to absorb water.

    Add eggs and ground beef. Mix well with hands.

    Place evenly into pan or muffin tins.

    Bake 1 hour or until no longer pink inside.

    Remove and allow to rest 5 minutes before cutting into.
