  • 1/2 lb. macaroni shells, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 lb. pepperoni, cut in quarters
  • 1/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 green pepper, cut up
  • 1 onion, cut up
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

    Mix together the first six ingredients.

    In a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients and stir well.
