- 1/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, cut up
- 1 green pepper, cut up
- 1 onion, cut up
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. oil
- 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Directions

1Mix together the first six ingredients.

2In a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients and stir well.
