- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
- 4 water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/2 c. bean sprouts
- 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
- 6 c. chicken broth
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Heat oil in saucepan.

2Cook celery and mushrooms 2 minutes. Add water chestnuts, bean sprouts, chicken and broth.

3Cook on low for 10 minutes.

4Add egg gradually, stirring steadily.

5Serves 6.
