  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 3 egg whites
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • salt

Directions

    Moisten the cornstarch in water.

    Stir in 1/2 cup boiling water.

    Cook until thick and clear, then cool.

    Beat the egg whites until stiff.

    Add salt and sugar.
