- 1 lb. fresh butter beans
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Boil butter beans until tender in unsalted water.

2Cut raw corn from cob.

3Place corn in double boiler with butter, water and milk. Cook steadily for 20 minutes.

4Add butter beans, salt and pepper to taste.

5Cook together about 5 minutes.
