- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, separated
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter

1Cake: Mix together cake mix, egg whites, oils, buttermilk, baking soda and 1/2 can pineapple with juice. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes in 9 x 13 pan.
