  • 1 bag (17.5 Oz. Size) Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cups Melted Butter
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 3/4 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 3/4 cups Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°F. Line two baking sheets with Silpats or parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine cookie mix, cinnamon, melted butter and egg; stir until well blended. Add oats and pecans and mix well.

    Crumble mixture onto prepared baking sheets, spreading in a thin layer.

    Bake 11-14 minutes, depending on how soft or crunchy you like your granola. Give it a stir once or twice during baking to break up clumps. Remove from the oven and cool completely. Once cool, mix in chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container.
