Sugar Cookies

Directions

   Mix flour, soda and cream of tartar together.

   Set aside. Cream margarine and sugar together.

   Add egg yolks and vanilla. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture in four parts, beating after each addition.

   Shape into balls from 1 teaspoon of batter.

   Place 2-inches apart on cookie sheet.

   Bake for 12 minutes at 350°. Store in covered container to keep fresh.
