Sugar Cookies

   Cream together shortening and sugar.

   Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.

   Add cream, then flour, sifted with baking powder and salt.

   Mix well.

   Add vanilla.

   Chill 20 minutes.

   Roll very thin.

   Cut and bake at 400° until brown.
