  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked 10 minutes
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • cinnamon

Directions

    Cook sugar, cornstarch and milk in double boiler until thick. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.

    Stir until well blended; pour into pie crust.

    Sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
