  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch, heaping
  • 1 stick margarine (must be at least 60-70% vegetable oil)
  • 1/4 c. amaretto
  • 1 9in. baked pie shell

Directions

    Mix cornstarch and sugar, gradually stirring in milk.

    Cook and stir until thick over low-medium heat.

    Add margarine and amaretto; stir well.
