- 2 cups milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp. corn starch
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 baked pie shell
- Nutmeg
Directions

1Mix corn starch in 1/4 cup cold milk.

2Add sugar and vanilla to mixture and set aside.

3Heat remainder of milk and margarine.

4Add corn starch mixture and stir constantly until thickened.

5Pour into baked pie shell.

6Sprinkle with nutmeg.

7Bake at 350F for 8 minutes.
