  • 1 c. softened margarine
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 4 c. + 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. soda

    Beat together well:

    powdered and white sugars and margarine. Add rest of ingredients, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

    Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 9 minutes.
