- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 140 milliliters water
- 1 tablespoon apple juice concentrate sugar-free
- 3 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius.

2In a bowl, sift the flour, baking soda, and salt 3 times.

3In another bowl, mix the water, apple juice concentrate, and vegetable oil. Pour this mixture onto the other one and mix using a fork.

4Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead 10 to 15 times. Stretch using a rolling pin for a 2-centimeter thickness. Cut out the biscuits using a ring mold.

5Place on a baking tray lined with parchment and bake for 15 to 17 minutes until light golden brown around the edges. The biscuits will be pale because they are low in sugar and fat.
