  • 2 c. Yellow Delicious apples, unpeeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. light margarine
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 3/4 c. natural apple juice
  • 2 packets Equal

Directions

    Melt margarine in skillet.

    Add apples.

    Saute until light brown.

    Add apple juice. Reduce.

    Remove from heat.

    Add Equal and sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Goes well with waffles and pork dishes.
