- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. cold water
- 1 lb. pecan halves
Directions

1Preheat oven to 225°.

2In a plastic bag, mix sugar, cinnamon and salt.

3In a large mixing bowl, mix egg white and water.

4Stir in pecans and mix until damp.

5Pour pecans in bag to coat and shake well; spread on a baking sheet and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until dry.

6Stir every 20 minutes during baking.

7Do not freeze.

8Keep in cool, dry place.

9Makes 1 pound.
