- 1 egg white, beaten until stiff
- 3 to 4 drops water
- 1 lb. pecan halves
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Add water to egg white.

2Add pecan halves and toss to coat. In separate bowl mix well the cinnamon, sugar and salt.

3Pour over nuts and egg white mixture.

4Spread on cookie sheet.

5Bake at 250° for 30 to 45 minutes.

6Stir every 10 minutes until dry.
