- 2 whole Pie Crusts, Prepared And Unbaked, Your Favorite Recipe Or Store Bought
- 1/4 cups Flour
- 3 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 can 370 Ml Evaporated Milk
- 1 Egg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°F. Place a rack at the top and another at the bottom of the oven.

2Put one pie crust into each of two pie dishes.

3In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and the brown sugar.

4Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and the evaporated milk. Mix well.

5Add the egg and mix well.

6Split the filling between the pie crusts.

7Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes on the top rack, then decrease the temperature to 350°F and bake the pies on the bottom rack of the oven for 35 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden.
