- 1 teaspoon water
- 2 (12 ounce) cans5 cups total mixed nuts
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions

1Grease a 15*10*1-inch baking pan.

3In a large mixing bowl beat egg white and water till frothy.

4Add the nuts and toss to coat.

5Combine sugar and pumpkin pie spice.

6Sprinkle over the nuts; toss to coat.

7Spread nuts in a single layer in the prepared baking pan.

8Bake in a 325 degree oven for 20 minutes.

9Cool slightly in pan.

10Transfer to waxed paper to cool.

11Break into clusters.

12Store tightly covered up to 1 week.
