- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper (optional)
- 1 large (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti, drain and mix in eggs, Parmesan cheese and butter.

2Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Brown beef, onion and green pepper; drain and pour over spaghetti.

4Cover all with sauce.

5Bake 30 minutes in 350° oven.

6Top with cheese, last 15 minutes.

7Serves 10 to 12.
