- 3 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 3 -4 cups pecan halves
Directions

1Mix sugar, margarine and milk into pot. Cook until mixture reaches soft ball stage (234 degrees) and forms a ball in a cup of cold water.

2Remove from heat. Add pecans.

3Stir until all pecans are well coated.

4Pour onto waxed paper.

5Separate pecans into individual pieces, using 2 tablespoons.
