  • 5 or 6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice
  • pie shell

    Cook apple juice, cornstarch and cinnamon until thick and clear.

    Pour over apples in pie shell.

    Cover with top shell and bake for 40 minutes at 425°.
